I’ve made life-size prints of Bad Day on the High Sea and other popular and sold-out (or nearly sold-out) designs. Each one is hand-signed and numbered on beautiful Museo paper. These are intended to be the ultimate artist editions. But don’t worry, TopatoCo still carries a huge assortment of affordable wide-format prints, in both standard paper stocks and ultra-fancy canvas (How about a sofa-sized No One Wants to Play Sega With Harrison Ford?).

My sister wanted this on her car, so I made one. I’m trying to gauge interest in a larger run of stickers, so if you might want to buy one at some point, please e-mail me, brandonbird@gmail.com.

Also, check out this classic GB art experience from 2005.

This weekend I’ll be hunkering down with a pile of merchandise at my buddy Chris Hastings’ (creator of Dr. McNinja) table at the Comikaze Expo at the Los Angeles Convention Center. Look for Table #30! And I will be able to take credit cards! Exciting!

Here’s your first preview of what awaits in The JP Show! This one’s part of the series “His Jurassic Past” by photographer Robyn Von Swank, which she made with the help of a model (I’m pretty sure this makes this the only Goldblum-endorsed humans-only Jurassic Park art show).
And this (hopefully) represents only the mid-range of amazing. Artists such as Lisa Hanawalt, Dyna Moe, Kirk Demarais, Jeff Ramirez, and Nathan Stapley are all hard at work populating the park. See you December 3rd at Nucleus!

Hi everybody! Come to my no-dinosaurs Jurassic Park art show! “The JP Show” pays tribute to what we all remember most about the Jurassic Park film series: larger-than-life characters and compelling human drama.
The show runs December 3rd & 4th in the upper gallery of Nucleus (in my opinion the best gallery space in the Los Angeles area), with an opening reception party the night of the 3rd.
Close to thirty artists are involved so far; stay tuned for more info about just who and what will be in the show. And of course all the work will be viewable online when the show goes up.

I made lunchboxes! Available in “Eric Roberts“ and “Gran Torino“ styles. These are genuine plastic Thermos-brand lunchboxes, some of the last ever manufactured (I know that because I had to make a bajillion phone calls to track down a supply). Perfect for holding your lunch, your art supplies, your Star Wars action figure collection, pretty much anything that can fit in an 8” x 7” x 4” box (image area on the front measures 7” x 5.25”). I took some paintings and put them on iPhone cases and now you can buy them! Visit the shopping page for all the details! Available for the both the iPhone 4 (Verizon & AT&T models) and iPhone 3 in two styles: “Barely There,” a thin plastic shell that snaps over your phone (as pictured above); and “Tough” cases that have an extra layer of rubber padding (seen here). All cases are manufactured by Case Mate and include a cleaning cloth and disposable clear plastic screen protector. Order one now and it will ship out to you pronto!

Here are two old things finally available as prints! Fluttermaul is one of the first “silly” paintings I ever did, back in 1999 when all I knew was acrylics and comic-book lines. I had to climb into my mom’s closet to find it so I could have it re-scanned, because I also didn’t know about appropriate resolutions back then.

Evolution of the Leading Man was an illustration for RADAR magazine, right before RADAR magazine went under. Both of these are now prints because people asked for them, so the lesson there is that if you see an image on the site that’s not available as a print or shirt or whatever, let me know and I’ll see what I can do. Here’s the link to buy prints.
